Casinos In Vegas
Posted By Diego | Tricks News | February 21, 2010, 01:58 AM |

The allure of Las Vegas tempts over 35million visitors there every single year, lured by the glitz of the bright lights and the promise of winning big. Yet the very myth of Sin City is so intoxicating that it commands homage across the world through themed party nights, from wedding receptions to club nights and everything in between.
In the UK there are several Vegas-style offerings. Filth, at Po Na Na in Bath, offers a “night of rock, rap and catch-all indie dripping in Vegas sleaze and featuring casino games, cabaret and dancing girls”. In Liverpool, the flash-tastic Gbar has Vegas-style plushness in the upstairs VIP area, while the capital offers many options, plushest opf which are arguably Maya or Madame Jo Jos, both unsurprisingly located around la Boheme of Soho.
Should the erstwhile traveller find him or herself in Geneva, White'n Silver situated on the classy Glacis-de-Rive offers a futuristic winter-style Vegas wonderland where guests can enjoy champagne and Blackjack to their hearts' content.
However,
perhaps the most famous of clubs to have pastiched the world's favourite
millionaire's playground is the Coco Bongo in Spring Break destination, Cancun.
Here guests are treated to true Vegas-style ham, with appearances from
impersonators portraying a myriad of performers, from Michael Jackson to Mick
Jagger and Madonna to the Matrix. Balloons, tickertape, disco balls and confetti
rain down from the heavens as clubbers party as though they were in the
self-styled entertainment capital of the world itself.
With this in mind, surely the next logical step for any
online casino
is to introduce a true Vegas-style experience. The popularity of the online game
has overtaken that of the glitz of the real casino, but with the power of modern
technology what it is this need not be the case. Computer and console graphics
are now so advanced that it would not take great levels of tricky programming to
recreate a 3D Vegas walk-through, where players could pause from the tension of
the Craps table to relax and take in a show.
Certainly the popularity of the game would mean that such a caper could easily take off. After all, with bingo occupying the spot of the UK's favourite online game, the pizzaz of Vegas would have little trouble muscling its way to the top.
