CONTAINMENT / INSPECTION / SORTING / REWORK

We provide parts containment, inspection, sorting and reworking at your site location or your customers site location. We will fully document all aspects of these services and provide written reports that you can present to your customers. Our professional staff will communicate with you and/or your customer all phases of the project.

Our staff can aid you in your written responses for quality documentation requests from your customers. We can set up written corrective action response forms to meet any customers need. We can aid you with creating work instructions, inspection instructions, and auditing procedures to ensure you and your customer with quality products.

SERVICES:

Containment - we will immediately stop the flow of non-conforming products into your customers process, eliminating the potential for added charges to you.

Inspection - we provide resources to identify non-conforming product at your location or your customers location using visual methods, dimensional gauges, prints and/or custom tooling.

Sorting - we sort non-conforming product into rework and/or scrap status.

Rework - when possible we can provide on site rework capability, returning non-conforming products to conforming standards, saving you time, cost, and preserving your quality rating.
